Puck stepped out of the steamy public showers of the boy’s locker room. He snatched a towel and started trying himself off. He had really been killing himself out there in the field; he was pushing his own personal boundaries to let off some steam. He wasn’t exactly sure why he was so boiled up about but whatever it was seemed to be getting him. The thought of Santana swirled in his mind, the way her long lashes gently fluttered when she was flirting, the way she strutted down the hall with a little extra bounce in her stroll, the way…
No way was he feeling some actual emotions on some chick, he wasn’t soft like Finn. He wasn’t going to break down into some tears if they had some type of relationship issues. Yesterday he remembered when Finn was blabbing about how he had finally made up with Berry. Then he threatened to kick his ass if he ever objectified his babe again…whatever, screw Finn and his little girlfriend. She wasn’t worth Puckzillia’s time; he was going to find a totally new target.

Artie pushed open the locker room door again and pushed himself into the room. He navigated his way past benches and lockers to get to his. He stopped in front of the correct door and flicked on his breaks. Artie leaned down to pull open the door. The sound of it hitting the next locker echoed throughout the empty locker room.

With his iPod trilling music in one ear, Artie mumbled along almost silently to the tracks as they passed one by one in a random order. With each new song, Artie still couldn't remember why he'd even entered the locker room. With a sigh, he slammed the locker door shut. Brittany was on his every thought, what she'd done with Mike. Artie sat, staring at the unchanging lockers for a few moments, still unable to get Brittany off his mind.
