New header

I'm two clicks away from Photoshop, so if you guys want, I could make a custom header

That's awesome! We'll definitely consider that, thank you! The other Admin, Quinn, is taking her final right about now but I'm sure she'll love this as well and have some ideas for an awesome header!

But...that would be absolutely amazing! I'm not very good with photo-editing, so that's why it's just a simple image. That seriously though, would be so awesome! I'm not a very creative person...so if you have any ideas with it, feel free to take the reigns! I mean, with in reason. As awesome as a giant picture of Darren Criss in HP robes would be, it'd obviously have to do with Glee.

I'll start working on it as soon as possible, but first I need to know a few things:

1. What text do you want it to have? "Glee RPG", "Join the club"... Something else?

2. Are you going to change the stylesheet? I think the header should match it.

3. Do you want me to use caps/promo pics of all the main characters or could I just use group pictures of ND, VA and the Warblers?

1. Well, Blaine and I like the "Join the Club". We know that it's the slogan for the show, yet it's kind of what we want for the site as well. We want people to have interest and join in the roleplaying, so it works rather well.

2. We like the simplicity of the style sheet, because we didn't want something that was going to end up being too distracting from the text and whatnot. If you have any recommendations though, we're more than up for opinions!

3. This is probably the most difficult to answer, which is absolutely ridiculous. We honestly like both of the ideas. I think what's important, is that there are many different characters shown. That way it's not as if we are trying to put a spotlight on a few characters in particular. We're kind of going to leave this up to you (if that's okay) because we're sure it'll be absolutely amazing whatever you do come up with.


Also, thank you for the tip! This is the first forum that Blaine and I have been admins for. On another site, we're just mods, so we're still getting used to all the different options and controls.

The thing is that most people don't like default layouts. The more customized a web is, the more "clients" it'll get because it makes it look more special. Kinda like when you visit a Harry Potter website and you see custom images (snitches, Deathly Hallows symbol, badges, etc.)... It might be silly but something like that truly makes you feel like you're in a Harry Potter website and nowhere else. It's more unique and personal.

Anyway, I've been checking the gallery and I think some of these would look ok. They are simple, so I don't think they'd be distracting. But it's all up to you xD
