Gymnasium

Santana nodded and grinned. "Yeah! Sure Brit! I would love to." She said with a grin. "I've got to go in thirty minutes but until then I can help you out." She said and started stretching as she sat there on the floor. She laughed as she said she would scope out the hotties for them. "Isn't it also like gay boy central over at Dalton though?" She asked raising an eyebrow at her friend as she continued to stretch.

She shrugged. "Whatever. I can turn them. Remember that time I made out with Kurt? I must have some charm on gay guys." Her eyes widened and she gasped a little. "Maybe that's like, my magic power or something!" She was, of course, completely serious. She let that thought turn around in her head when she started just aimlessly twirling around in circles.

[Sorry, I couldn't get online last night since I had to be up early with the nephew this morning.]

"Maybe..." Santana said with a small nod as she stood up. "Maybe you have the ability to make every guy, straight or gay, sleep with you." She said nodding. "Like not exactly turn then straight but still get them to make out with you because you are like the only girl Kurt has ever been with I am pretty sure." She said nodding. "So maybe you have the power to get into both gay and straight guys pants."

She stared blankly. "That is so cool." She stared her classic Brittany stare for a few moments longer, before she shook her head. "So, tell me what you think of this move." She then proceeded to do a really complicated dance move with a spin at the end. My brain is entirely too tired to describe it in more detail, but it looked really awesome. She finished with a smile. "I don't know, that's kind of been stuck in my head."

Santana stepped back slightly and placed her hands on her hips in her HBIC pose that she was so used to and looked so natural on her. Probably because she was the HBIC. She watched the move and then grinned at Brittany. "Wow. That's sweet!" She said grinning. "Are you going to use that for that thing Kurt wants you to do?" She asked, raising an eyebrow questioningly.

She smiled. Dancing always seemed to waken up her senses. "Yeah, probably, I don't know. Depends on what it is. I should probably think of some more manly moves though, right? Since it's like, you know, all guys there. But it's whatever. If they want my talent they can do what I say." She shrugged then swayed a little trying to think of more moves.

"Exactly." She said with a grin and looked at the clock up on the wall. "You know, I should probably get going." She said with a sigh. "I've got to be at Berry's soon and she'll probably flip a bitch if I'm late." She said and looked back at her. "I'll see you soon though? Yeah?" She asked with a wide smile.

She pouted for a moment when Santana said she had to leave, but knew she was right about Rachel freaking if she was late. "Yeah, you're right. I'll call you or something after I'm done at Kurt's. Try not to kill Rachel?" She laughed a little. "I'll see you later girl." She then gave Santana a nice BFF hug before getting back to work with her dance moves.

Santana grinned. "Yeah, of course!" She said grinning. "And my phone might be on silent." She said with a wink. "If things go well." She said and walked off to go to Rachel's.

Mercedes strolled into the gym and took a moment to admire Brittany's stellar dance move. Although, she wasn't exactly the brightest crayon in the box (understatement of the year)...she never eased to amaze her with her dancing techniques.
From behind her, she let out a delighted applause. "Bravo Brit! Bravo!" she exclaimed, beaming. She checked her Blackberry once more to see if she had missed any calls or texts from Kurt that provided further information.
"So you ready to go?" she questioned, adjusting her new Coach bag on her shoulder.

She turned around and smiled. "Oh! Hey Mercededs! I was just talking to you!" She held up her phone. "Yeah, I'm ready to go. Is that Lauren girl still going? I don't have her number..but we should see if she needs a ride." Brittany still needed a partner for the new Glee assignment, and she figured her and Lauren could partner up.

Mercedes gave Brittany a small shrug when she asked if that Lauren girl was coming. “No idea,” she answered, truthfully. “But we could really use her producing skills if we want to make a movie that’s all kinds of awesome.” She flashed a friendly smile as she strutted out of the gymnasium, urging for Brittany to follow her. When they finally reached her car, she unlocked the doors and places the bags in the drunk. “Hop in,” she ordered Brittany as Mercedes skidded into the drivers seat.

Brittany looked at Mercedes a little confused, "We're making a movie? I promised Santana I wouldn't make another movie without her.." She shrugged it off and grabbed her bag as she started leaving the gym. "Well, I don't have her number, so I don't know how we are suppose to get a hold of her." Brittany followed Mercedes to her car and hopped in the front seat.

Lauren approached the gym just as the girls were about to leave. "Hey, sorry I'm late, had to pick up the stuff," she held up the bags of A/V equipment for emphasis. "You guys were gonna leave without me, I see... lot of good that would've done."

Brittany jumped a little when Lauren came up to her. "Oh! We were just talking about you. I don't have your number but we were getting ready to head to Dalton, were you just gonna ride with us?" Brittany wasn't really concerned that she was offering up Mercedes' car.

Lauren smiled at the spacey girl. "I'm ....pretty sure that's what I was told."

Mercedes was too busy staring down at her Blackberry and texting like mad to notice Lauren approach them. A little slow, she suddenly noticed Brittany and Lauren keeping easy conversation. She acknowledged the fact that Brittany had offered Lauren to join them on their ride to Dalton. “Oh! Sorry about that Lauren,” she apologized, slightly flustered. “Hop in, girl! I just unlocked the trunk so feel free to but your crap in the back…”

(awesome should we take this conversation to the highway thread and make small talk in the car, or straight to Dalton?)

[um doesn't matter, but I feel so bad...I haven't been online in forever so I think people are pretty anxious to get this scene going! So, why don't we just take this straight to Dalton? x]

They were getting ready to leave when Brittany got a text from Kurt. She then immediately text Mike, who wanted to join. "Hey, if you guys wanna go you can. Mike Chang wants to come, so I can wait here for him and drive separate. Unless you just wanna wait, then that's cool too."

Mercedes looked at Brittany " I don't mind waiting." She turned and looked at Lauren. "Do you wanna wait or go?"

(Pretty sure Kurt skipped over this storyline since our old Mercedes never showed. We'll see if he wants to pick it up again when he comes on?)

Alex came into the gym and started shooting basketball, he had been practicing ever since that scout told him Alex may be able to get drafted out of the NBA.
